Make it easier to get to Previous Versions
Should be able to from File menu or some other method see the previous versions of the powerpoint. Can navigate to where i opened the file and use version in OneDrive but should be able to do it in the actual PP
We have begun rolling out Version History and Restore to PowerPoint Online for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. You can find the feature under File>Info>Version History. Let us know what you think.
if you accidentally delete something an you want to get it back
if you accedentily delete a few slides you should be able to recover them like how google docs has a history tab for its document changes.
The button is not an undo button, because that can only go back so many steps at a time. Because of the auto save feature and specifics with that, at some point, the undo button cannot be used to go farther back. In the event of a mistake (like the accidental deletion of a slide), there needs to be a way to go back to the ppt or document to a time BEFORE it was autosaved. Almost like in a newer videogame: you have a checkpoint feature, like an autosave, but sometimes you also have previous checkpoint option. Whether this only goes back one prior checkpoint, or can be multiple, i guess there can be discussion on that, but at least the option to go back once. Hope this makes sense

Version control like in Git. To allow multiple versions to restore from if you mess up your slides by accident. Also allow merging if you working on offline instances of a project.
The ability for a user on SharePoint to view who has edited the document, at what time that occurred and so on. Additionally, if you could add a feature where you have the ability to revert back to a previous version of a document if you do not like the changes someone has made. This concept could be similar to the one on google drive
