Auto play Videos

When embedding a video (uTube or other) in your presentation, would be ideal if they would auto-play when looping your show.

PowerPoint M365 vs 2019 Insert Video both accept Embed code. Works in Teams initially. Teams seems to “lose” the autoplay ability after time. Teams seems to honor start, end and Rel parameters a bit more reliably. Parameters work a bit better when put inside the src quote string. But none of this is reliably working well enough to use in a live presentation via Teams. This is extremely disappointing. My class has spent weeks trying to work around Teams issues using PowerPoint. I teach Office Technology. Teams seems to be having sync issues in top of this starting July 13, changes on collaborations get lost because Teams is picking up the penultimate version instead of the current version. HELP!

In our professional training environment we have applications running as an Office365- app. So PP als well. We dearly miss the option of autoplay video's form MS-stream in our presentations. If this option could be added asap you would us and our customers more then happy!!

There is currently no way to Auoplay a video embedded from an URL in Powerpoint that is being run through teams.
This functionality is critical for high end presentations where you are taking people through a presentation and want high quality video's as opposed to video streamed through screen sharing which results in Teams post compression of the video.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've modified the title so other people can easily find it and vote on it.
