You can now use the curtain transition in PowerPoint for the web. The color of the curtain is determined by the background color of your slide. Allow Slides to be of different themes other than forcing every slide to change with the theme.12 votes
We have made changes to PowerPoint for the web to retain the theme from the source presentation when pasting to a presentation that has a different theme from the copied slides. Hopefully this helps improve your experience. Thank you for using PowerPoint for the web!

When sending the email alert of a comment you are tagged in, it should also preview/show the comment like Google does when you are tagged. For example, in addition to having the button to open the doc to where you are tagged, the auto email should also include the content of the comment.5 votes

There should be a print outline option where the powerpoint slide and the speaker notes are print at the same time. This print option would work like the outline print format in powerpoint underneath each slide section; the speaker notes would display if anything is typed for that slide. As a student, I take notes on my professor's powerpoint in the speaker note section. I prefer the outline print option because my professor powerpoint can be over 300 slides long with images. The outline print format makes it easier to read and understand. Having my notes print from the speaker note section would be hugely beneficial to a lot of students. We could read the slide information than right below is our notes that would be more in-depth on that slide.

There are a few different ways to get help in PowerPoint for the web:

when multiple work on the presentation its easy to miss things and easily delete things. it will be good to be able to go back and retrieve things from previous saves so work doesn't get lost.8 votes

In PowerPoint for the web, you can access the Thesaurus by right-clicking on the word you want to change, and choose the Smart Lookup option which will pop open a dictionary definition as well as synonyms from the thesaurus:
I would the Office Dictation function to be installed because I use it Word and it has helped me a lot while I have doing my course work.
My idea is to have Office Dictation available for more than one Microsoft Office format.2 votes

This would be a simple button that a user could just push to "Present" or start the slideshow. Still keep it in View but also have the option quickly available.8 votes
