Allow to safe PowerPoint slides directly in pdf format
In earlier versions it was possible to safe presentations in pdf format (Save under--->ppt). In the 2016 version you can do it for Word and Excel but not for PP. You have to use the export function for it.
Thank you for your feedback! This feature has been available under File → Export in PowerPoint. And, we are also adding this option back into the File → Save As menu in the latest update. Please give it a try. Thanks!
This is NOT a most voted suggestion. PWP Mac completely forgotten. Tons of fixes still pending, for example Spanish spell check. From the release of the app we have been asking for a fix. No action from you
Yes Yes Yes - I have made comment else where about this idiotic change. I know have to work about 10 hours a week overtime just to export my PDF presentation to PDF and then recombine all the slides into one PDF document to send to students. In Office 2011 I could just save as PDF. How could Microsoft get it so wrong!!!!!
We cannot save the presentations into a pdf file. The only way is to save ir from the print dialogue box, but its not allowing to access the hyperlinks.
When I export from PPT to pdf, all slides are separate. I need to have a single pdf slide presentation where the viewer can see the entire presentation in one document. The same as from PPT for Mac 2011.
