On corporate PPT (Volume License 2016) the highlight button has been removed, but exists in Office 365 versions. Please reinstate.

On corporate PPT (Volume License 2016) the highlight button has been removed, but exists in Office 365 versions. Please reinstate. I don't see any reason for differentiation.
