I agree. Every single iteration of every MS Word product I have ever used, I am having to disable this feature. I copy and paste small objects. The Paste Options button covers the entire object, and I end up accidentally moving the larger object it is normally pasted on top of. Please continue providing a means of disabling annoying pop-up features. The default view should be nothing, have users who want them select them to turn them on. Or get rid of them. Useless.
