In insert table there is no possibility to draw it, as in Word.
I must say I am really deceived with Office Mac 2016. Office Mac 2011 was more complete. Why don't keep same functions?
Though it does not exactly match the Word experience, the Draw Table feature is available in PowerPoint for Mac 16. To access, this feature go to the Insert tab.

Come on Microsoft, this icon was included in PowerPoint 2011 and in Word 2016. We have been waiting for the icon almost a year.
This icon is a must. Come on MSFT is not so difficult to include this icon as in PWP 2011. Fix it!

We really need this icon. You must do double work. First you insert a table and then draw table appears, then erase the previous table inserted. It is senseless. In Word Mac 2016 draw table icon is included under "table" Do the same in PWP.
In word Mac an draw table icon is included in "Insert", but not in PowerPoint Mac. Do include it, please.
It is important, since to draw a table you must insert it first.
