In earlier versions it was possible to safe presentations in pdf format (Save under--->ppt). In the 2016 version you can do it for Word and Excel but not for PP. You have to use the export function for it.8 votes
Thank you for your feedback! This feature has been available under File → Export in PowerPoint. And, we are also adding this option back into the File → Save As menu in the latest update. Please give it a try. Thanks!
Using tables with text in cell is great to make "clean" boxes. However, today, we have to work 1 cell at a time.
It would be easier however to select text in multiple cells and define formatting (bullet, font, indent, line spacing... )
Also, I would love to have - like in Excel - a 45° text orientation on the first table raw.10 votes
Thanks for submitting this feedback. We support the ability to editing multiple cells within a table at once. (bullets, font size, color, etc.)
Go ahead and give it try! :)

In insert table there is no possibility to draw it, as in Word.
I must say I am really deceived with Office Mac 2016. Office Mac 2011 was more complete. Why don't keep same functions?
Though it does not exactly match the Word experience, the Draw Table feature is available in PowerPoint for Mac 16. To access, this feature go to the Insert tab.
Thank you again for your feedback and remember to keep voting for features that are important to you.
As near as I can tell there is no way to open a presentation that has been shared with you through OneDrive for Business from within the Powerpoint 2016 client app. I am connected to my Office 365 account and can open my own docs from the cloud but the app cannot access documents in the "Shared with Me" tab. I have to go online, log in, find the shared presentation, and click Open in Powerpoint. Quite a few extra steps!1 vote
This feature is available on PowerPoint for Mac 2016.
PC QAT is a boon and better than customizing PPT for Mac 11, now we have neither option. It would be great if the exported QAT files would work across MAC and PC but that is a minor issue compared to being able to create a QAT and move it under the ribbon like in the PC versions.37 votes
Thanks for your feedback! You can now get this functionality via the Insider Fast update (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_insider-registration/announcing-the-first-ever-office-insider-fast/de603f73-3405-49d4-a6ee-d017773cb8a0). It will also be gradually deployed to the usual Insider channel and eventually get pushed to all users in a week or two.
Enjoy the feature, and please keep voting on what you’d like to see next. Thanks!

Add the selection pane that is in the Windows version to the Mac version. In fact, why not include most/all of the same functionality in the Mac versions as in Windows? Very frustrating and it's absolutely killing my ability to switch over.27 votes
This feature has now been released in build 15.18! Enjoy, and keep voting on other features that you’d like us to add. Thanks!

On PC, if you press shift+alt+up (or down) you can move items inside a list. This is a great economy of time compared to cut/paste. Please add this to the Mac version.4 votes
Hi there! Thanks for submitting feedback to us. I understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to move up and down list items.
The shortcut equivalent for Mac for what you are trying to accomplish is “Option + Shift + up arrow/down arrow”.
The color picker on PPT 2016 does not work. Clicking it does nothing, but once you exit the window the color picker appears. Clicking a color however, does not change the fill color.2 votes
Thanks for your feedback! Please update to the latest version, and Color Picker should work correctly now :)
