  1. Cut and paste slides format

When you cut and paste slides maybe keep default mode as Keep Source Formatting as that is the most commonly used option. Would add hours onto my life!

  2. Right click align tool please

Right clicking on an object, text box or image is second nature for designers. On Mac Powerpoint it is difficult to hunt for the Align icon on the menu bar every time, and interrupts what could be a speedy workflow!

  4. Positioning Ruler at top left corner, not centered

The 0 on the ruler in PowerPoint is set a the center of the slide, it would be very helpful to be able to place the 0 where ever you want, i.e top left corner or anywhere in the slide. Like in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop...

  8. Make "compress pictures" actually work on PPTX for Mac.

Compress Pictures, although available on the menu, does not currently work for Mac — either globally or individually. These are PDF images in latest PPTX, on a MacBook Pro running High Sierra.

  9. Share presentation online in PRESENTATION/VIEW ONLY mode; and allow recipient to click through slides

I would like to share my presentation online with a client and allow them to click through the slides and play any animations and video, without showing them the PowerPoint interface or back end controls.

Essentially, I would like to export my PowerPoint as a PDF but keep video and animations in the presentation. I'm not sure if there's a way to do this outside of adding video to the PDF through Acrobat.

If I could have my presentation and all my video files saved in OneDrive, and then share a link to an Online Presentation that's in VIEW ONLY…

  10. Want the option to print a section (like in PPT for Windows)

In PowerPoint for Windows, you can print all slides, current slide, custom range, or one of the sections. We don't have the ability to print a section on a Mac. Printing a section is really handy! Plus, if it's available in Windows, it should be available for Mac to make it consistent no matter what platform I'm using. Thanks!

  11. add shortcut key for 'strike through' text edit.

Please also offer shortcut key for 'strike through' text edit. I wonder why it works (cmd+shift+x) in Word but doesn't in PowerPoint

  12. upgrade power point for mac to allow magnification when showing slide show

Apparently a magnifying function is available for powerpoint when used on windows. This function is NOT available when using powerpoint on a MAC. It should be so please get your developers working on it as quickly as possible.

  14. Powerpoint and Word hides / misses Grabbit app from the top "blue" app list unlike all other non Microsoft apps.

Your exclusion of the Grabbit app etc on my MacBook Pro is not good! Can you resolve that please!

  15. "stay in the Home tab!!"

for the majority of my work all the editing I need is in "Home" tab ... but if I draw a simple shape or text in a box I get the "Shape" tab ... when all I need (and all that's in my muscle memory) is in "Home" ... if the Home shape editing was stall in the same place (with a few extras) it would be fine BUT I spend half my time clicking back to the home tab
