Add support for Webp

I just want a animated image format that have transparent background. Webp is one of them and It's very good. It can make my presentation have more interest and may improve performance in complex animated slides.

    Please make Powerpoint abler to use .webp & .webm files directly, without any conversions required. Animated files & videos are highly compressed in these file types, which can greatly reduce the file size of a PowerPoint presentation. Please, PLEASE add in the function.
