Add support for mouse / trackpad on iPad os 13.4

With the new magic keyboard for the iPad Pro and the added support for a mouse/trackpad along with. Implement the full mouse/trackpad support to PowerPoint for editing text, selecting text, placing the cursor mid word.

    Well, I fear it will take years, as It happened for the Apple Pencil 2, but hope is hope, so why not? ;-)
