Support for custom fonts in iOS 14
Hello,
with iOS 13 Apple has introduced additional APIs for installing new systemwide available fonts (https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2019/227). These APIs work as an addition to the possibility of installing fonts as configuration profiles.
Since iOS 14, Apple requires all apps in which the custom fonts should be used to make use of the new APIs, even if the fonts were installed as configuration profiles (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/ios-ipados-release-notes/ios-ipados-14-release-notes#Fonts).
Office for iOS has not been updated to support the new APIs, which is why fonts that were installed through my iOS app "AnyFont" are not usable in the Office apps. Is there any way to accelerate or support the introduction of the new APIs to the Office for iOS apps or to get in touch with the development team?
Thanks and best regards,
Florian

After installing version 2.45 of PowerPoint for iPad, the fonts installed through the AnyFont app can be used again. Thanks to all supporters!

My university requires that I use Open Sans font for my presentation.
I have added it to my iPad under iPadOS 14.
I can select it and use it with Keynote and other apps but not with Office apps.
The only solution is to copy and paste the formatting for every piece of text, which is very tedious.
